Average House Prices Across Inverclyde Up 14%

House prices across Inverclyde increased by more than 14 per cent year-on-year to June 2023.

The Walker Fraser Steele Acadata house price index shows that prices rose from an average of £129,187 in June 2022 to £147,991 in June 2023.

Month-on-month, prices jumped by four per cent from £142,313 in May 2023.

Inverclyde ranks second last in terms of average house price across the 32 local authorities in Scotland, moving up one place from last year.

The average price of a home across the whole of Scotland in June was £224,249.
