Bowman Rebecchi Celebrates 2024 Residential Sales Performance
Bowman Rebecchi has marked the end of 2024 with superb growth for its estate agency arm as recently released Rightmove statistics review the Inverclyde market performance.
Having launched into residential sales in April 2022, the business has enjoyed excellent year-on-year growth in spite of the difficult sales market conditions, which has seen substantially higher interest rates since the infamous Budget of October 2022.
Led by Kathleen Docherty and Rhys Elliott, Bowman Rebecchi has grown to 5th overall for Inverclyde in New Listings, up 3 places compared to 2023.

During the same time, Bowman Rebecchi has grown its market share to 7.6% of the local sales market, up 4.2% year on year marking one of the largest YoY growth across Scotland.
It was a similar tale with Sales, with Bowman Rebecchi again 5th overall, up 2 places compared to 2023.
The business has again grown to 7% of all sales across Inverclyde, up 4.1% compared to 2023 marking a hugely successful year.

Bowman Rebecchi has also grown its share of voice on Rightmove to 18%, third in Inverclyde overall with approximately 1.6m views of its brand.
