External Refurbishment Works Underway At Historic Gourock Property

External refurbishment works are underway at the site of Harbour Lets (Gourock) and 1830 Eatery, with both businesses still open to customers.

The External works are now underway, with the property being painted externally, with repair works to the gutters and new signage to be installed at the historic site of the former Albert Hotel in Gourock, which dates back to the 1830s.

The site has now been completely renovated internally, with both businesses operating successfully from the site on Cove Road and Shore Street in Gourock.

The external fence work has now been repainted also as the property continues to enjoy a renaissance after its previous long-term vacancy.

Harbour Lets provides six modern rooms for short-term let at the heart of Gourock town centre and has enjoyed a hugely successful first year of trading, providing much-needed bed space in Inverclyde for visitors and tourists.

The business is operated by Inverclyde’s Home of Property, Bowman Rebecchi.
