Developer Globe Homes is constructing the final phase on land situated at Tower Drive, Jacobs Drive, and McPherson Drive, with all plots now reserved.
The final plot, Plot 20, was quickly snapped up after being announced as the last remaining within the development yesterday.
All 22 plots are now bought or reserved, having sold since the Show Home opened in December 2023.
