First Plot Reserved At Gourock Housing Development Site
Bowman Rebecchi has revealed that the first plot for a new prominent Gourock housing development has been reserved.
Globe Homes are constructing the McPherson Development on land situated at Tower Drive, Jacobs Drive, and McPherson Drive, with buyers now able to reserve a new home off-plan.
The new development will create 22 three-bedroom semi-detached homes, with plot 2 now reserved, with the other 21 Plots available to reserve, with prices starting from £255,000 to £295,000.
Foundations have now been completed for the initial phase for plots 1-10 along Tower Drive, with the first timber kits to be erected in the coming weeks and the first houses available in late Summer.
The second phase for plots 11-22 will begin in the new year, with completion set to be in early Spring 2024.
A show home is now also available at Globe Homes's sister development at Houston Grove in Renfrewshire.
Bowman Rebecchi Director, Andrew Bowman says interest has been growing in the new 1.75 Acre site as the plots are developed.
