Former Gourock Photography Studio Set For New Tenancy
A new tenant is set to join the vibrant mix of businesses on Gourock's Kempock Street after a new long-term lease was agreed.
The former George Young photography studio on Kempock Street is set to welcome a new business.
The site was granted a change of use to become a bar/restaurant as well as an outdoor seating area by Inverclyde Council in October 2022.
The subjects provide a range of internal rooms, as well as a substantial conservatory and outdoor area, which could be further developed into use.
Located directly below popular cafe Good Brew (formerly Flava) and The River Restaurant, the location lends itself to becoming a complimentary bistro or brasserie to further complement the existing range of local eateries.
