Inverclyde House Prices Among The Lowest In Scotland

Inverclyde house prices were among the lowest in Scotland during January.

According to the latest Walker Fraser Steele Acadata house price index, the average price locally was £153,031.

This figure was the third lowest in Scotland, but 9.3 per cent higher than the average from January 2021.

It was also 2.7 per cent higher than December 2021's average of £149,052.
