Inverclyde Market Update – April 2024

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share Inverclyde’s latest residential property market statistics for April 2024.

Market activity took a dip in April, recording a drop in all but one compared to the numbers seen in March.

The number of available properties stayed the same.

The average time on the market continues on its upward trend, now reaching 244 days, the highest since we began recording data in 2022.

The average price took a tiny hit of £26 but remains relatively high for the area.
