Inverclyde Market Update - December 2023

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share Inverclyde’s latest residential property market statistics for December 2023.

December is historically a quiet month across all sectors, and we saw decreased activity as a result.

The number of new listings posted saw the biggest decrease from November, falling by 49.

The average time on the market and number of price reductions also fell slightly which indicate positive movement in the market.

The average home price increased after a two-month decline, returning to similar levels seen in September.
