Inverclyde Market Update – January 2024

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share Inverclyde’s latest residential property market statistics for January 2024.

After decreased market activity in December, we saw numbers return to normal in January.

There were 74 new listings in January across Inverclyde, an increase of 31 from December.

66 sales were agreed, not yet reaching the average of 75 in 2023.

The number of available properties increased to 278, beating the average of 237 in 2023.

The average time for a property on the market climbed up to 215 days.

Average property price within Inverclyde also rose slightly by £66.

There were 30 price reductions in January, considerably more than the average of 21 in 2023.
