Inverclyde Market Update - July 2023

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share the latest residential property market statistics for Inverclyde for July 2023.

Market activity slowed down this month with new listings, sales agreed and available properties all seeing a decrease after a two-month upward trend in May and June.

Average time for a property on the market also slightly increased, again reflecting the slump in activity.

The number of price reductions decreased by one compared to last month’s figures.

The average price of a home in Inverclyde jumped slightly reaching £147,231.
