Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share the latest residential property market statistics for Inverclyde for June 2023.

The number of new listings and sales agreed saw a Increase from May.

The market showed some positive movement, with the number of price reductions and average time on the market both decreasing and the average price continuing on an upward trend.

The average price dropped slightly from last months figures by £554.

the number of available properties is at the highest since we began tracking in december 2022.
