Inverclyde Market Update - May 2023

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share Inverclyde’s latest residential property market statistics for May 2023.

Inverclyde seen a lot of positive movement in May with new listings, sales agreed and available properties all showing increased activity from April.

The number of new listings across Inverclyde in May reached 118, the highest since we began tracking last December.

Similarly, the number of available properties is also at its highest with 316 available properties.

The number of price reductions increased by 19, reaching 26 reductions in total after just 7 in April.

£143,950 was the average price of Inverclyde houses on the market in May.
