Inverclyde Market Update – September 2023

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share Inverclyde’s latest residential property market statistics for September 2023.

Market activity in September was relatively similar to August’s stats with new listings increasing by three, sales agreed decreasing by three and number of available properties increasing only by one.

The average time for a property on the market within Inverclyde also stayed the same as August at 203 days.

The number of price reductions saw a large increase in September jumping to a total of 30.

The average price increased slightly now sitting at £158,344.
