The number of new listings increased this month but fell short of the amount seen this time last year in May 2023 (118).

The average time on the market fell by 10 days after reaching its highest since we began recording last month.

The number of sales agreed during May fell by 1 compared to last month but remains relatively high.

The average selling price within Inverclyde increased by £956 becoming the second highest price since we began recording, April 2023 being the highest at £162,492.
