Inverclyde Property Agent Achieves Double Qualification Success
Andrew Bowman
Andrew Bowman, the co-owner of Bowman Rebecchi in Gourock, has achieved the rare double success in passing two nationally recognised property qualifications.
Having sat the exams over a four-week-period at the start of 2025, Andrew has achieved the Propertymark Qualification Level 6 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management Scotland and the Certificate in Property Agency for Property Sales.
The Awards, which are nationally recognised industry qualifications, meet the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Propertymark membership requirements for those looking to join the Association as a member agent. The MNAEA qualification also means Andrew is now a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
ARLA Propertymark is the UK's foremost professional body for property agents. It aims to promote better regulation and higher practice standards in the UK property sectors.
Andrew, who has been working in the property sector for 10 years, launched Bowman Rebecchi in 2020 alongside Marco Rebecchi with the business growing to become the Home of Property in Inverclyde.
Reflecting on the achievement, Andrew said: “I am delighted to have passed these exams and it was important for me to secure these nationally recognised qualifications.
“It is not only a personal achievement but also an extra mark of professionalism and trust for our clients.”
Bowman Rebecchi is among a growing number of property agents across the UK working with ARLA Propertymark and the Propertymark Qualifications to become qualified and raise standards within the industry.
