Major Works Complete At Esplanade Property
A major project to install replacement windows to the communal stairwell at 26 Esplanade in Greenock has been completed and overseen by Bowman Rebecchi’s Factoring team.
The property enjoys a desirable waterfront location and has been managed by Bowman Rebecchi since October 2023 following its move from Morison Walker.

The project saw the replacement of the original timber frame and windows for a new modern UPVC fitting supplied by Blairs Windows.
Rebecchi Architectural obtained planning approval from Inverclyde Council in November 2023 on behalf of the owners.
