McPherson Development Phase Two Release Sees Further Plots Snapped Up

The early release of phase two of Globe Homes McPherson Development in Gourock was met with success as more plots have been reserved after a busy weekend at the development Show Home.

The first phase facing onto Tower Drive, plots 1-10, had a rollout release in the second half of 2023 with many plots reserved after the unveiling of the development show home.

Phase two of the development was then released ahead of schedule due to the high demand received for more plots after the show home was unveiled.

There are now limited plots available across the development and interested parties should contact us to reserve a plot and avoid disappointment.

The show home, located on Tower Drive in Gourock, is open every Saturday & Sunday in January between 11AM – 4PM. Should you wish to have dedicated time with our Sales Advisor out with these hours, please book an appointment before visiting us.
