New Plan For House At Greenock West End Corner Site

Revised designs have been drawn up for a new house in Greenock’s West End.

Planning permission is being sought by Rebecchi Architectural for a single-storey, two-bedroom detached property in the grounds of a villa at 38 Robertson Street, on the corner with Newton Street.

Inverclyde Council agreed in March 2021 that a house, which featured a wild green roof, could be built at the site.

The new design proposal is pending assessment by planners.
