Developer Globe Homes is constructing the McPherson Development on land situated at Tower Drive, Jacobs Drive, and McPherson Drive, with buyers now able to reserve a new home.
The first phase is 10 new homes, plots 1-10, facing onto Tower Drive, have now been snapped up. The second phase for plots 11-22 have limited availability, with completion set to be in early May 2024.
