Progress Made At McPherson Development Site
Progress is being made on the McPherson Development which will see 22 new three-bedroom semi-detached houses on the site of the former McPherson Centre site in Gourock.
Inverclyde property firm Bowman Rebecchi Estate Agents has been appointed to oversee the sales of The McPherson Development in Gourock in partnership with developers Globe Homes and contractors City Gate Construction.
Work is well underway at the site as builders have put up walls and are working on the foundations.
There are some plots already put on the market starting at a price of £275,000
The new properties will be constructed on the cleared land between Tower Drive, Jacobs Drive, and McPherson Drive.
The homes have been named after different elements of the famous Gourock Captain Duncan McPherson's life.
The development's logo is based on one of the ships that McPherson is believed to have sailed during his career and can be seen on the water fountain — donated to the town by McPherson — at Gourock Pierhead Gardens.
