Permission Sought For Cafe And Hot Food Takeaway Units In Greenock

Permission is being sought to use a pair of units in Greenock as a cafe and a hot food takeaway.

A 'change of use' application has been submitted to Inverclyde Council by Rebecchi Architectural for a unit at 26 Kilmacolm Road, which is currently approved for retail use, and a unit at 24 Kilmacolm Road, which can currently be used as a hot food takeaway.

If the new application is approved, 26 Kilmacolm Road would be approved for takeaway use, while 24 Kilmacolm Road would be able to be used as a cafe, with two extra flues installed.
