A new tenant is set to join the vibrant mix of businesses at Cappielow Trade Park in Greenock after a new lease was agreed to take the site to full occupancy.

Advertised in conjunction with James McGhee Chartered Surveyors, the new tenancy was the final remaining unit at the popular estate now let at 3,918 square feet.
