The McPherson Development Plots 3 & 4 Released

The new development will create 22 three-bedroom semi-detached homes, with plot 2 now reserved, with the other 21 Plots available to reserve, with prices starting from £255,000 to £295,000.
Foundations have now been completed for the initial phase for plots 1-10 along Tower Drive, with the first timber kits to be erected in the coming weeks and the first houses available in late Summer.
The second phase for plots 11-22 will begin in the new year, with completion set to be in early Spring 2024.
Plots 3 & 4 of the new prominent Gourock development are set at a fixed price of £259,995.
