Flat Plan For Former Architects Office In Gourock
An application has been made to turn a vacant office in Gourock into a flat.
The proposal involved ground floor accommodation at 75-77 Albert Road, which was previously marketed to let through Bowman Rebecchi.
The space was last used by Richard Robb Architects who vacated it earlier this year afterMr Robb retired.
The application is pending assessment by Inverclyde Council planners.
