Globe Homes to Unveil McPherson Development in Gourock

House hunters will get the chance to take a look around an exclusive new Gourock housing development next month.

Globe Homes is preparing to unveil its McPherson Development to the public at an open weekend on December 9 and 10.

The 22-home site is bounded by Tower Drive, Jacobs Drive and McPherson Drive, and was formerly the home of the McPherson Centre.

Globe Homes says the three-bedroom semi-detached properties 'redefine modern living, blending luxury and craftsmanship'.

The interiors of the homes have been designed by local businesswoman Mariessa Devlin, and each property has a charging point for an electric car.

Theresa Reilly of Globe Homes said: "I am incredibly proud to unveil the McPherson Development, which is the culmination of our 20 years of experience in the industry.

People are welcome to attend between 11am and 4pm both days.
