The number of sales agreed in July is the highest since we began recording in 2022 – the sun sells!

The number of available properties is also at its highest (327).

The average time on market fell by 4 days, indicating positive movement within the property market.

The average selling price took a sharp dip of £10.3k after a steady upward trend the last few months.
