Inverclyde Market Update – June 2024

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share the latest residential property market statistics for Inverclyde for June 2024.

The number of new listings stayed the same this month at 98 but still beats the running average of 96 for 2024.

The average time on the market also stayed the same at 234 days.

The sun sells – there were 93 sales agreed in June, the first month to reach above 90 since June 2023.

The number of available properties jumped up by 21.

The average selling price within Inverclyde increased by £3.9K to £166,276 – the highest since we began recording in 2022.
