Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share the latest residential property market statistics for Inverclyde for September 2024.
A busy month, September saw 110 new listings on the market, beating the running average of 98 in 2024.
The average time on the market dropped by 2 weeks, now sitting at 204 days.
There were 91 sales agreed in September which is relatively high. In comparison, September 2023 saw only 77 sales agreed.
The number of available properties fell by 9.
The average selling price within Inverclyde increased by £6.5K to £166,462 – the highest since we began recording in 2022 and just beating the previous record high of June 2024 at £166,276.
